Add the `molecular_cartography` reader from sopa

Hello @timtreis and @LucaMarconato,

As discussed yesterday, I'm starting to move some readers from Sopa.

See the original issue in Sopa where we discussed the reader creation. It appears that the public datasets from Resolve Biosciences are no longer available (or at least have been relocated). Their website changed quite a lot, and maybe also their file format, we need to check that.

NB: I also added the macsima reader to the docs, I think it was missing.
