Can you provide a prebuilt custom ffmpeg exe in release? i tried 3 days to build it, even using chatgpt to debug but still can't make it build properly :(

If you can build the latest stable ffmpeg (v7.0.2) then the custom xfade code should also build.

If you cannot build a stable ffmpeg then this is a platform build issue. I'm afraid I can't help with building ffmpeg on Windows. I have tried cross-compiling from Ubuntu but without success.
