Creating relation with post categories

Is it possible to create relationships with post categories? So that I could attach - let's say - a page to all the posts of a certain category (otherwise I'd have to attach every single post)

A little while ago I made a plugin to make batch P2P relations via a wizard:

The interface needs tidying up but is useful for occasional jobs.
