CI: check of formatting process

Description

This issue would add a test to Scribe-Data/tests that would check that the formatting process is running effectively. How this would be set up and which languages/word types would be checked is still up for discussion :)

• Note that this issue is blocked by #142 and any connected issues as we're considering a rewrite of the formatting process to use SQLite instead of Python conditionals.

The final step in all this would be checking to see that everything works in the CI process.

I'm deleting this issue as it's quite out of date at this point given that we basically have no formatting process as of now :)
