Scribe-Data conda to usable CLI deployment

Description

This issue would investigate and do a deployment of Scribe-Data to conda such that when the package is installed it's directly accessible as a CLI. We'll use this issue first to do some research on how best to do this, and once it's done we can implement the decided on changes that need to be made :)

Hi @mhmohona 👋 I think that for now it makes sense that we not do this. If there's interest from the community or specifically users at some point for Scribe-Data to be on other platforms, then we can get it on there at some point, but for now I think that pip serves our purposes 😊
