Add Scribe UI buttons above the keyboard

Description

The command buttons for Scribe need to be added above each keyboard. The Scribe key should be in the top left next to places for auto suggestions and completions (to match future work in Scribe-iOS), and when pressing the key these fields should be changed to Translate, Conjugate and Plural buttons that are in the given languages.

What's needed now is functions that will transition between the two views at the top of the keyboard.
