Can't sign in on OSX

The email filed is greyed out. Can I edit the preference file directly? What's the format?

Still can't. Canceled my subscription because unable to use :(

For me, the field is just white text on white background. If you select the text by double clicking then you can see it.

But, when I enter my password and try to sign in it always says "The server is unreachable".

I haven't been able to use Electric Sheep since the Catalina 10.15 Mac OS update.

Updates fail. Downloads fail. Are the servers working?
