Add support for use as pre-commit hook

  • Enables passing multiple files to check. This required some backwards incompatible changes to the command line arguments.
  • Supports use as a pre-commit.com hook.

Obviously I'm open to different ways of supporting checking multiple files, but I couldn't see how else to use this as a pre-commit.com hook.
