feat: add "show" or "plot --histoprint"

We should be able to produce the histoprint output for a histogram, too.

I'd like to take this on, and I'm assuming we're looking at CLI subcommand or option for show, but I've got questions about how we'd expect it to work.

Would it be a drop in for show using histoprint instead of hist? If not, what would be the draw for using browser to histoprint from the CLI?
