Enhancement Request: Chapter 5 please add BLDC gimbal control

I'm learning plenty and really enjoying the book, even lest printed code, would be an improvement. it's just wasted space in the main.

Servos obviously has a range of meanings and products. However I'd appreciate a simple introduction to 3 phase would be great!!

SimpleFOC, STM32/DRV11873PWPR, 2 resistors and MOSFET whatever....
