Did you take a look at the MTX_DATETIMEPICKER_DEFAULT_OPTIONS injection token? see https://ng-matero.github.io/extensions/components/datetimepicker/api Maybe it already offers a way to set the default time? if not, adding a property to MtxDatetimepickerDefaultOptions...
