Sunton 7" RGB display with only white picture

I have a Sunton 7" RGB display V1.1 and the problem is that I only get a white screen.

I am using the Arduino IDE and for the test I only set the display and printed some text. But all I see is a bright white screen.

In the Serial Monitor is the next message: E (137) lcd_panel.rgb: esp_lcd_rgb_panel_register_event_callbacks(392): on_vsync callback not in IRAM

Can someone please help me?
