The README points to Resources/meta/LICENSE (the Apache license), but there's also one of the Creative Commons licenses living in Resources/doc/LICENSE which should probably be removed or updated.

No, the code is under the Apache license, and the doc is under Creative Commons.

Oh! That make sense. Sorry! Which creative commons license is it? Zero, Attribution, Share-alike, Non-commercial? Usually CC-licensed stuff has a heading at the top so I can tell at a glance, but this is just the legal code with no heading.
