Mouse movement inverted + WWF Wrestlemania wrong input

Using android with Razer kishi controller, when I bring up the onscreen keyboard with L3 the left joystick will make the mouse move right and the right would move left. Also need to set default keyboard setup for WWF Wrestlemania the arcade game to use super kick as "," and not "." as presented by default (The default key is ",") Sure you could just set the key in the game itself but if you wanna fix it its your choice.

Also when using android the lower part of the start screen is cut off and you can't see the part where you see how much frames are skipped using the right key (Using android 6.5" screen)

There were plenty of improvements with mouse emulation for touch devices both in the core and over at RetroArch. Is this still an issue nowadays? Otherwise I will mark this issue as closed.
