OSK Activation with other buttons than L3

On devices that do not count with L3 button, the OSK cannot be activated.

For this cases it would be handy if the button to activate the OSK can be set on RetroArch's configuration. For example, L2, L1, R2, R1, button ...

The OSK button can be remapped per game in the "Controller Mapper" tab of the Start Menu or you could swap R3 with another button globally in RetroArch's control menu (Quick Menu -> Controls -> Port 1 Controls -> L3 Button (Thumb).
