I'm running pure on the latest version of batocera. the start menu is listing every file I have in my dos roms folders.Each game has its separate folder.When I set auto start for one game and exit to choose a different game it will auto start the game I chose previously. any help would be appreciated.

Is this a batocera issue or an issue with the core? When running DOSBox Pure in RetroArch by default after quitting a game launched with an auto start option it will allow you 5 seconds to press a key and get back to the start menu. You also can hold SHIFT or L2 or R2 while (re)starting the core to ignore the auto start setting. And lastly you can set the Emulation > Advanced > Start Menu option to "Always show menu, ignore auto start".
