Nunchuk sticks partial support

I tried to use Nunchuk, the buttons functionally fine and up and right stick, but down and left stick doesn't works

What kind of wiimote and nunchuck are you using? Original or wiimotion plus, nunchuk from Nintendo or a third party? All I have is original wiimote (RVL-003) and original Nintendo nunchuck extensions (RVL-004) which works fine for me.

The just released version 0.9.5 has detailed deadzone settings for each analog stick which can be used to weak Wii analog stick and many other hardware and software issues. This should help for this issue.
