Add function of resending temp periodicly

Hey scalz,

I found your sketch not sending the temperature again after the FORCE_TRANSMIT_INTERVAL and upgraded this. To make this more intuitive I changed this interval to be in ms. I also added the transport wait to be able to start the node without gateway (if necessary).
