There doesn't seem to be any bazel-related configuration in this project -- is that intended?

This project's name is `scalio/bazel-flutter` and the README.md says something about building the project with bazel. However, I am not seeing any bazel-related files in this repo. Is this intentional?

The Flutter official team say they have no plans to support bazel. but they will supply flutter_tools api to support other build system, including bazel.
