Save performance by opening zarr array lazily in open_remote?

Often we do Dataset.open_remote only to set some metadata in webknossos. For this it is not necessary to initialize the mags as zarr arrays, which performs quite a few requests and seems to take a while. Some time measurements could support the decision if we want to do this lazily.
