Update image in README

The current image at https://github.com/scala/vscode-scala-syntax/blame/master/README.md#L9 shows some older syntax highlighting. For example, Char and String changed to be properly highlighted based on syntax and not pseudo-semantics.

We should also have an image that is in this repo.
