Publish a scala-lang blog post about this?

or maybe it's sufficient (for now anyway) to publicize it on contributors.scala-lang.org, in which case do that

there's also Twitter to consider (and perhaps Reddit)

Since I only just merged #11 and closed #2 today, I'm going to let this sit until next week sometime.

That's probably enough publicity for the time being, at least until #24 gets hammered down and we get our first sample addition (perhaps #17 or #23) merged.
