Add documentation page on class types

The discussion on https://github.com/lampepfl/dotty/pull/19635 indicates that there should be a documentation page explaining what and where class types may be used. For now, from googling, it looks like the best resource is the language specification, which is less beginner-friendly than a documentation page would be.
