Hello I want to do this for Spanish, Portuguese and German How can I do it?

just use some already translated directory as a sample and copy to new directory. after that correct maping in _config.yml and metadata (like languages: [ja, zh-cn, ru, %your_lang%] ) in index.md compile and test your work in docker container.
