Very slow, hangs VS 2019

First of all, thank you for something that appears to be a great help when debugging. I'd like to use this, but am running into serious performance problems. I've disabled the extension for now.

I've pasted a stack trace and immediately my VS 2019 (16.7.6) becomes unresponsive. After some time a performance gold bar regarding this extension appears: "this extension is slowing down VS" (not the exact wording). When hovering the stack trace, it again makes VS 2019 unresponsive.
