I am having the same issue. My Outlook recently updated to the latest version as of 8-17-23. Everything worked prior to that. I assume there is some internal issues that are not compatible with OotD's current version. Please advise when this issue is corrected. Running Windows 11 and Office 365. Thanks, LtVVaughn
