Program not working anymore

I'm getting this error for a week now. I've tried to uninstall the program and install it again, but is not working. Any suggestions.

I'm having the same issue. Running Windows 11 Pro, OS Build 22000.675 Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14326.20908) 32-bit
