on Windows 7 can not grab the calendar Appointments

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. the software after a long time loading , bugs with error that can't load from outlook calendar

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I use windows 7, I just installed net framework 4.7.2 . still the same behavior Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. to see all of the appointments I have created on Outlook Home window Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Windows Version

  • (eg. Windows 10 x64 1803) Window 7

Additional context and log file Add any other context about the problem here Also upload the most recent log file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Outlook on the Desktop\logs
