Describe the bug I get Error 5: Access is denied fault when I try to install the latest version while using Office 2016

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I try to install the latest one, it asks me what folder to download the files into, looks like it starts up, and then gives me the error.

Expected behavior the program to install and the ability to use the program

I guess that is the last date I used the program before I started getting issues. So I tried to go to the website and look for a newer version. I wonder if my company IT restrictions are not allowing me to download it. I did the install/attempted it at home and I got the same error.
