Would it make sense to have dedicated internal [`ImageServer`](https://github.com/cri-o/cri-o/blob/9b9452f662381706cd909a36336514025fc5fb5c/internal/storage/image.go#L122C6-L122C17) and [`RuntimeServer`](https://github.com/cri-o/cri-o/blob/9b9452f662381706cd909a36336514025fc5fb5c/internal/storage/runtime.go#L58C6-L58C19) implementations for confidential containers?
