Open accordion tab that is linked to

With the current behavior, when linking to an accordion entry (like git entry), the entry stays closed when loaded. This makes is very hard to tell which section was actually linked to and makes the link far less useful.

The functionality should be adjusted so that it is possible to link to such entries and automatically unfold them. The nicest solution would be if this would happen by default, but a solution that requires a specific parameter in the URL is also acceptable in my opinion.
