[INTERNAL][CORE] Removes deprecated methods from XMPPAccountStore

This patch also fixes an issue in the getAccountsMethods so they lookup the account correctly by ignoring the case sensitivity of the username.

Adds a FIXME to the XMPPAccount class regarding RFC 6122
