collection: No sample var file for AAS installation

There doesn' t seem to be a sample var file for AAS distributed installation. The creation of the var file is a non-trivial operation as the correct sap_swpm_inifile_list: entries have to be selected and only the required variables set. Using trial and error I've created (and successfully used) var file for an AAS installation. Submitted for review.
