Support read-only worksheets that can be copied and modified

There is currently a hidden mechanism to create a link to a worksheet that doesn't give write access to it, but rather immediately copies the worksheet to a new sheet that the user can then modify.

We need to modify this so that the user can initially just see the read-only worksheet, but can then duplicate it by clicking a button.
