Investigate rolldown v1.0.0-beta.49 update - no breaking changes

Open Copilot opened this issue 2 weeks ago • 3 comments

Verified that rolldown update from v1.0.0-beta.47 to v1.0.0-beta.49 in #2206 does not introduce build failures.

Test Results

  • Build completes successfully
  • All 76 tests pass
  • No errors detected

Breaking Changes Analysis

Beta.48 removed deprecated APIs and moved plugins:

  • Removed top-level define, inject, keepNames, profilerNames, dropLabels
  • Moved stable plugins from experimental to rolldown/plugins
  • Modified this.emitFile behavior with chunkFileNames
  • Removed experimental RolldownBuild#scan

Beta.49 contained only bug fixes.

Impact

None. pkg-utils doesn't use any removed APIs. Update is safe to merge.
