Studio v3 support

Hey, this plugin would be pretty handy for a project of mine. Was wondering if you're planning on updating it for v3 any time soon? :)

For those wondering about the fate of this plugin: it has been deprecated a few weeks ago (https://github.com/sanity-io/hierarchical-document-list/commit/1d9980319f6a63d008af456a270939ffe6625c08)

In fact, not long after I raised this particular issue on Slack it was deprecated without any notice, not even here for those still awaiting updates. Disappointing to say the least ...

As I am still reliant on this plugin, there will probably a point in the future that I will have an attempt porting it to v.3. If anyone is willing to have a go, have a look at https://www.npmjs.com/package/@nosferatu500/react-sortable-tree for a more maintained version of the sortable-tree implementation.

We’re potentially looking to migrate from Craft CMS to Sanity and this would help with the transition 🙏🏻

My colleague added a PR https://github.com/sanity-io/hierarchical-document-list/pull/15 with a fully working v3 version. Until the PR is merged you can install it from https://www.npmjs.com/package/sanity-plugin-melting-hierarchical-document-list
