IndexMenu isn’t rendering on ODT export

When exporting a page with IndexMenu to ODT using the ODT plugin, the tree isn’t rendered on output ODT file.

Maybe the no js variant is reasonable to export there. But the js variants is too much work for me to consider.

I didn't checked the IndexMenu source code yet, but I believe we may use the no js logic when the render is odt.
