DataTable: Use fit for resizable mode

In addition to using fit mode. Columns should be offset by the table location on the page.

Currently resizing columns can create horizontal overflow. Horizontal overflow complicates the table offset calculation when relative/absolute positioning is present. Column hover grips are absolutely positioned. Documentation site uses relative/absolute positioning and therefore the grips are off.
