I have an external monitor connected. It opens up two presenter windows and shows me two icons in dock.

We can try using [`requestSingleInstanceLock()` ](https://github.com/electron/electron/blob/master/docs/api/app.md#apprequestsingleinstancelock)

depends on resolution of #596 so that we have a performant way to solve this

It has to something here but I don't know which one can be undefined. This was also reported by @Harjot1Singh once but it happens rarely and I don't know how...
