Description

• various package updates
• removing packages we don't really need, i.e. coffeelint, @jupyterlab/services, nodeunit, coveralls
• fixing quota tests
• checking if everything builds after cleaning up
• updating typescript / fixing inconsistencies / two TS2698 errors
• another round of updating npm packages
• the only one where I struggle is k3d, only a patch from 2.14.1 → 2.14.5, but static won't compile. hence not updating it…

regarding testing, everything seems to be fine. what was important is to clean up everything properly!
