Cam support?
Hi, been using your integration successfully with the sock, so thanks so much for it! 😊 We bought our sock as a bundle with the cam v2. Any chance you could add cam support to your integration? Especially the sensors like temperature, cry detection etc would be great to have in HA.
I'd be keen for this too, I'd be happy to contribute some work. If author of this integration discovered any information that'd be helpful in cam support started.
Also keen on seeing at least the sensors from the Owlet cam V2 in HA. I'm happy to help, although I'm not sure how usefull I'd be except for beta testing. I only have the CAM v2, so I can't test the sock or cam v1
Would love to have the camera integrated. I think we will have to find out what file the camera properties are stored in to start. Currently they dont show up in the devices.json
If I have access to a device, how may I assist with this? I'd like to add the camera as well. Thanks
I have an owlet camera myself however as of yet have been unable to reverse engineer the owlet cam api to integrate this into HA. If anyone here is able to assist with this then I can add this to this integration.
I can help if you reach out to me. I was able to export in a HAR file my app calls and reverse the process. There is a firebaseio hosted site with a query for authenticating. Auth endpoint with a hard coded token and user Id, that must be getting saved at the application level on our devices. It exchanges that token for a legit token and ultimately creates a BASE64 encoded key that is used to connect to the content side in firebase. Via cUrl calls I cannot stream content, so I assume the app is connecting to stream.
Joining in the waiting line, would love to have this feature. I've got cam v1, will help in any way I can if needed. As a ha novice and it enthusiast, I cannot code to save my life, so I would need step by step instructions.
Each time a notification comes through, it reminds me that I want this...
It looks like @DevOpsAzurance managed to get pretty close, perhaps if they could comment with their curls (with any personal identifiers removed), I can see if I can get a stream running at the end there.
