Windows 10 issue?

broccoli-timepiece seems to exit rather than continue watching on Windows 10. Anyone else seen this? I've run it in a regular command window and an administrator window.

My guess is that the easiest is to grab Vagrant and run this on Unix.

I think the project author isn't on Windows so digging into Windows-specific problems is hard. Or if you can figure out what's wrong and provide a fix, I'm sure that'll be appreciated!
