I can not create / read groups anymore. How to fix without wipe db?

Does not work All group related stuff does not work Create Group / Edit Group etc. I am German Customer - maybe related to encoding issues?

screenshot? It seems still frontend not updated because of browser cache, but your backend has been updated.
