Mac has not used GPU decode yet, pure software (We do windows/linux/android hardware codec first, later we will do mac). vpx software decode is faster.

Neverthless, @21pages let us fix memory accumulation issue because of software decode slow We had a fix before about this, https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/pull/3150 Let's verify again.
