Inventory crate does not work with cranelift

Hi 👋🏽,

just wanted to report that it seems that the popular https://docs.rs/inventory/latest/inventory crate does not work with cranelift. I tried with the latest nightly-2025-05-16 version. Is this expected? If not is this something that could be fixed?

Thanks a lot for this project improved compile times is awesome!
