In addition to the initial scope which is focused on contributors are there other areas of focus which the Rust Foundation will have which aren't directly related to Rust PL development?

As a possible clarification, the initial scope of the foundation is to focus on all Rust team members -- whether they’re working on the language, compiler, devtools, community, infrastructure, or something else! This is one reason we intend to have multiple project directors, to be able to represent different groups and priorities within the Rust project.
