Bot does not join threads

When conversations move into threads, rustbot does not follow, and so you can't use things like ?play or ?tag in those. A different bot on the server named Zeppelin seems to join all threads, so it should be possible to do.

I'm not sure it should be joining all threads automatically. You can bring it in simply by pinging it, though. Zeppelin does because it's a moderation bot.

As far as I can tell, it joins threads just fine. I made a new thread and called ?eval, ?play, and ?tags and it worked as expected.

I don't know if it's a change in how Discord works, but that didn't used to be the case, and you had to explicitly @-mention the bot before running commands at the time I made this issue.
