Rephrase "not related to your code"

Saying that license files or configuration files are not related to the code is a bit inaccurate. I think this phrasing is more descriptive.

Disclaimer: I'm just starting reading the book, and this is my first contribution. I want to start small. I don't know if this is too nit-picky or too insignificant of a change... Let me know. I'm checking the temperature of the room. 🙂

Sorry, I don't think this is a real improvement. I guess a real improvement would be to list what goes into the top level directory, and then tell: All your source code files typically reside in the src folder.
