RSE-950: Mention the use of recover executions to recover executions that use runners

Included the properties for recoverExecutions feature in the docker configuration reference, and mentioned explicitly that the feature is enabled by default (since 5.2)

I changed the base to 5.3.0 branch. I'll fix up the merge commits after 5.2.0 is released.
