OKTA setup instructions for configuration management WebUI

Describe the bug Th current OKTA setup instructions reference the <file> based setup. Some new cloud customers are confused with how to define the attributes in the system configuration WebUI. Not sure if this is a change to the system configuration template in the product or the docs or both. Can we add another TAB section in the docs that explains how to configure the attributes from the WebUI with screen examples?

Here's a screen shot from the OKTA, docs page -- prospect are not connecting the idea of using the Configuration Management screen and how to enter the specific OKTA attributes.
